Director Of Operations Jobs in New York

Our client is seeking a Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership and drive operational excellence across their growing organization. This role will work closely with senior leadership to optimize project delivery, enhance team performance and strengthen operational systems, processes, and workflows.

• Lead day-to-day operational activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives, long-term strategic goals, and overall organizational vision.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to implement initiatives from concept through execution, reinforcing company culture and performance standards.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine operational systems and processes, including project management platforms, resource planning, reporting tools, and workflows.
• Monitor and manage team workload to optimize productivity, efficiency and project delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enable scalable and sustainable growth across the organization.
• Foster a data-driven approach to decision-making and operational strategy, leveraging technology and analytics to drive performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
• 5+ years of hands-on operations and project management experience.
• Prior experience in architecture, design, or professional services is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, growing environment and driving cross-functional initiatives.
