Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers unlimited income potential, with residuals and activations, in a flexible, remote-friendly environment across the United States.

You'll go to local businesses, educate owners on saving money, and close deals with strong training and mentorship. Eligible for benefits and a 401K, this role rewards performance and initiative.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience.
Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
Strong consultative selling translating payment concepts to business value.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling and networking.
Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on savings and streamlined transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
