Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, flexible scheduling, and mentorship.

You will actively engage local businesses, educate them on cost savings, and close deals to earn ongoing commissions. Candidates should be experienced in door-to-door or merchant services sales, with strong consultative skills and a hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Must align with Xplor's core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
