Xplor Technologies, builder of Xplor Pay, seeks an Account Executive for its Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, flexible scheduling, and training, with opportunities to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions.

Responsibilities include facing local businesses, educating them on payment processing savings, and closing deals to build a portfolio. Remote work is allowed within the US, with team region alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payments concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
