Xplor Technologies seeks an energetic Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income and a flexible schedule, designed for those who want control of their time and earnings.

You will visit local businesses, educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions, and close deals to earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals, all with full training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payments sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with company values and be a good human.
