Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses, residuals, and the flexibility to work remotely within the United States.

You’ll go to local businesses, educate owners on payment processing benefits, and close deals with ongoing commissions. This position rewards top performers with substantial yearly earnings and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
