Job summary

Xplor is seeking a self-driven Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers freedom, flexibility, and residual income with uncapped earnings potential.

You will drive door-to-door or local business engagements, educate owners on cost savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions. Remote-friendly, with training and support from Xplor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
