Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, activation bonuses, and monthly commissions while you control your schedule.

You’ll engage local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals with support and training from a proven team. Remote work is available for candidates with US work eligibility.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
