Job summary

Xplor is seeking a motivated, self-driven Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This fully remote, commission-based role offers control over time and income with activation bonuses and long-term residuals.

Responsibilities include meeting with local businesses, educating owners on payment processing savings, closing deals, and leveraging our training and mentorship to grow a portfolio. Benefits include health, 401K, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
