Xplor is hiring a self-driven Account Executive for our Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, residual commissions, and activation bonuses.

You will independently engage local businesses, educate on payment solutions, and close deals with training support provided. The position supports a flexible, remote work arrangement across the United States, with opportunities for prizes and company events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsabilités

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
