Job summary

Southern Company seeks a Digital Experience Analyst to optimize the end-user experience across the PC environment. You will analyze telemetry, endpoint health, and system performance using Nexthink, driving proactive remediation through automation and cross-functional collaboration.

The role partners with technology owners, security, vendors, and support teams to strengthen compliance, resolve systemic issues, and improve user experience, with travel as needed for meetings and training.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in a computing or engineering field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in an IT-related field.
• Strong experience with endpoint management and digital experience analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for workstation and endpoint issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Identify recurring issues from telemetry and incidents for root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledge bases.
• Define technical standards and support deployment testing.
• Governs DEX platform across device fleet and ITSM integrations.
• Designs automation, telemetry dashboards, queries, and self-healing workflows.
• Stay current on industry trends to drive automation and UX improvements.
• Engage stakeholders to validate user experience issues and drive adoption.
• Oversee DEX strategy and governance at senior levels.
