Zusammenfassung

Southern Company seeks a Digital Experience Analyst to optimize end-user experience across the PC environment using Nexthink. You will analyze telemetry, endpoint health, and performance to enable proactive remediation and automation.

You will partner with technology owners, security, and vendors to strengthen compliance, resolve systemic issues, and improve user digital experience. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifikationen

• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in a computing or engineering field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT related field.

Aufgaben

• Escalation point for advanced workstation, OS, endpoint, and digital experience issues.
• Coordinate with field support on OS issues impacting at scale.
• Identify recurring issues from telemetry and incidents and coordinate root cause analysis and risk reduction.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledgebase, and guidelines for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate to define standards, designs, test plans, and deployment testing for workstation technologies.
• Operate as SME for Workplace Technologies services and governance of the DEX platform.
• Govern the DEX platform, including configuration, access governance, and ITSM integrations.
• Design and implement automation, telemetry dashboards, scripts, and self‑healing capabilities.
• Stay current on industry trends to drive automation and UX improvements.
• Engage stakeholders to validate user experience issues and drive platform adoption.
• Oversee DEX strategy, governance, and executive reporting.
