Job summary

Southern Company seeks a Digital Experience Analyst to optimize the end-user experience across the PC environment using Nexthink. The role analyzes telemetry, endpoint health, system performance, and support trends to enable proactive remediation through automation and cross-functional collaboration.

The incumbent partners with technology owners, security, vendors, and support teams to strengthen compliance, resolve systemic issues, and improve user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computing/engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Nexthink and DEX platforms.
• Experience with MECM/SCCM or Intune and device management workflows.
• Excellent communication and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for advanced workstation, OS, endpoint and DEX issues, coordinating with vendors.
• Coordinate with field support on OS issues impacting at scale.
• Identify recurring issues from telemetry and incidents; coordinate root-cause analysis and risk reduction.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledgebase, and guidelines.
• Define technical standards and support deployment testing for workstation technologies.
