Job summary

Southern Company is seeking a Digital Experience Analyst to optimize the end-user digital experience across the PC computing environment using Nexthink. The role focuses on telemetry analysis, endpoint health, and proactive remediation through automation and DEX platform capabilities.

The successful candidate will partner with technology owners, support teams, security, and vendors to strengthen compliance and resolve systemic issues, while traveling occasionally for team meetings or business

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT related field.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an escalation point for advanced workstation, OS, endpoint, and digital experience issues.
• Coordinates with field support teams on workstation and OS issues.
• Identifies recurring issues and systemic patterns from telemetry and incidents.
• Develops, maintains, and reviews support documentation and guidelines.
• Collaborates to define technical standards and test plans.
• Operates as a SME for Workplace Technologies services.
• Owns and governs the DEX platform across the device fleet.
• Identifies, designs, builds, and governs automation and dashboards.
• Keeps current on industry trends and emerging tech.
• Engages teams and stakeholders to validate user experience improvements.
• Oversees DEX strategy and governance at senior level.
