Job summary

Southern Company is seeking a Digital Experience Analyst to optimize end-user digital experiences across the PC computing environment. You will analyze telemetry, endpoint health, system performance, and support trends using Nexthink to enable proactive remediation through automation and DEX platform capabilities.

You will collaborate with technology owners, support teams, security, and vendors to strengthen compliance, resolve systemic issues, and improve user experience while working primarily

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, OS, software configurations and networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for advanced workstation, OS, endpoint, and digital experience issues.
• Coordinate with field support teams on OS issues impacting at scale.
• Identify recurring issues from telemetry and incidents and coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain support docs, knowledgebase, and guidance for end users.
