Job summary

Southern Company Services is seeking a Digital Experience Analyst to optimize the end-user digital experience across the PC environment. The role leverages Nexthink telemetry, endpoint health, and automation to improve performance, reduce user friction, and enable proactive remediation.

You will collaborate with security, vendors, and technology owners to strengthen compliance and drive adoption of digital experience capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
• Recognition of cyber security threats and risks
• Ability to learn and apply modern technologies
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Scripting using system-level APIs and PowerShell
• Experience with Nexthink and DEX platforms
• Endpoint management tooling experience (MECM/SCCM, Intune)
• Experience integrating telemetry with ITSM using REST APIs and JSON
• Familiarity with Nexthink campaign capabilities
• Ability to define and report digital experience metrics
• Governance in automation and remote actions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel as needed
• 4-year degree preferred and 5+ years IT experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for workstation and OS issues
• Coordinate with field support teams on OS issues at scale
• Identify recurring issues from telemetry and incidents
• Develop and maintain support documentation and guidelines
• Collaborate on defining technical standards and test plans
• Oversee DEX strategy and governance at senior level
• Own and govern the DEX platform across device fleet
• Design and govern automation and remote actions
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Engage stakeholders to validate improvements and drive adoption
