Job summary

Southern Company seeks a Digital Experience Analyst to optimize the end-user experience across the PC environment using Nexthink for telemetry, endpoint health, and performance. You will work with technology owners, support, security, and vendors to strengthen compliance and drive proactive remediation through automation and DEX capabilities.

Qualifications

4-year Bachelor’s degree in computing or engineering preferred.
Minimum of 5 years IT-related field experience.
Extensive knowledge of hardware, OS, networking and storage tech.
Experience with Nexthink and DEX platforms.
Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell.
Strong communication and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as escalation point for advanced workstation, OS, endpoint, and digital experience issues.
Coordinates with field support teams on OS issues impacting at scale.
Identify recurring issues from telemetry and support trends and drive root cause analysis and remediation.
Develop, maintain and review support documentation and guidelines.
Collaborate with Architects and Engineers to define technical standards and test plans.
Operate as SME and perform operational activities for Workplace Technologies.
Own and govern the DEX platform across the device fleet and integrations with ITSM.
