Job summary

Southern Company is seeking a Digital Experience Analyst to optimize the end-user experience across the PC computing environment. The role analyzes telemetry, endpoint health, and system performance using Nexthink to drive proactive remediation and automation.

You will partner with technology owners, security, and vendors to strengthen compliance and resolve systemic issues while improving user experience across a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in IT or related field with focus on digital experience.
  • Experience with endpoint health, telemetry, and diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of security risks and governance in computing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Escalation point for workstation, OS, endpoint, and digital experience issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Identify recurring issues from telemetry and coordination of root-cause actions.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation and guidelines.
  • Define technical standards and test plans with Architects/Engineers.
  • Governs DEX platform across device fleet and integrations with ITSM.
  • Design automation, remote actions, dashboards, and self-healing capabilities.
  • Stay current on trends to improve automation and user experience.
  • Engage stakeholders to drive adoption of digital experience capabilities.
  • Senior level: oversee DEX strategy, governance, and roadmap.
