Job summary

Southern Company is seeking a Digital Experience Analyst to optimize the end-user digital experience across the PC computing environment using Nexthink. You will analyze telemetry, endpoint health, and system performance while driving proactive remediation through automation and cross-functional collaboration.

The role partners with technology owners, support teams, security, and vendors to strengthen compliance and improve user experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in a computing or engineering field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT related field.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an escalation point for advanced workstation, OS, endpoint, and digital experience issues.
• Coordinates with field support teams on workstation and OS issues at scale.
• Identifies recurring issues from telemetry and support trends, coordinating root cause analysis and remediation.
• Develops and maintains support documentation and guidelines to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborates with Architects and Engineers to define technical standards and test plans.
• Operates as a SME for Workplace Technologies services and manages the DEX platform.
• Owns and governs DEX platform across the device fleet, with governance and integrations.
• Identifies and builds automation, telemetry dashboards, scripts, and self-healing capabilities.
• Keeps current on industry trends to identify automation opportunities.
• Engages teams and stakeholders to validate UX improvements and drive adoption.
• Senior level: oversee DEX strategy, governance, roadmap, and exec reporting.
