Compensation is $15 per hour with a shift differential for nights and weekends, paid training, and opportunities to grow within a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months customer service or support experience preferred.
• 3-6 months call center or office background experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• A background check is required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality throughout interactions.
• Be flexible to cross-train as requested.
• BYOD – bring your own device.
