Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking candidates for a remote customer service role handling inbound calls from customers for goods and services. BYOD requires you to provide your own equipment and maintain a dedicated workspace.

The position offers $15 per hour with a shift differential for nights and weekends, and typical training of 2–5 days. Work hours are 8:00am–10:00pm (EST), Mon–Fri with every other weekend, full- or part-time options.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in past 3–6 months is preferred.
• Call center/office background is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of inbound calls promptly.
• Follow call scripts for different topics.
• Identify customer needs, verify information, and offer solutions.
• Access company resources to resolve calls.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Efficiently switch between tasks without loss of focus.
• Be at desk, punctual and present at scheduled times.
• Remain positive and professional with customers.
• Willing to cross-train as needed.
