Training is provided, and shift times run EST, Mon-Fri with occasional weekends. Applicants should have customer service or call center experience, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 3–6 months customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to work independently.
• BYOD with reliable internet and dedicated workspace required.
• Background check will be performed as per state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripted responses and identify customer needs.
• Provide solutions or alternatives and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality in all interactions.
• Cross-train as needed and stay focused under pressure.
