Hubexo is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts in a remote role across the United States. You will drive onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth, with direct responsibility for GRR targets and renewals.

Ideal candidates have strong relationship management, analytical skills, and experience with SaaS subscriptions and renewals. Collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops is essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Customer Success, account management, or similar roles.
• Experience managing a portfolio and renewals.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with subscription-based services and ARR/GRR metrics.

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive retention, onboarding, adoption, and growth.
• Lead renewal planning and ensure on-time renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops.
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and report on health metrics.
