Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with retention/renewals responsibilities.
• Familiarity with SaaS, subscription services, data solutions, or software products.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to achieve GRR targets.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, reviews, and QBRs to demonstrate value.
