Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.

The role focuses on renewal planning, customer value, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations. Remote work is available for candidates in designated states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with retention/renewals.
• Proven track record of meeting renewal/revenue targets.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based services, or software products.
• Strong understanding of contract management and customer lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive renewal planning, engagement, and execution.
• Meet GRR targets and identify at-risk accounts with retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops.
• Coordinate onboarding, adoption, and success activities to drive value.
