Flai is hiring a Customer Success Manager to be the connective tissue between us and our Texas dealerships. Youll onboard and scale accounts, drive adoption, and lead playbooks that ensure real outcomes while collaborating with product and engineering.

Youll own renewals, expand relationships, and translate dealer feedback into product insights, while operating in a fast-moving, semi-remote startup environment with a strong emphasis on data and cadence.

Qualifications

• Proven Customer Success Execution: experience owning a book of business and driving adoption/retention in a fast-moving environment.
• Early-Stage Experience: customer-facing role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company.
• Sharp Communication: clear, confident, and organized with dealers; strong on calls and follow-ups.
• Operational Discipline: strong CRM hygiene, notes, tasks, and account plans.
• Customer Obsessed: build real relationships and care about outcomes.
• High Ownership: full accountability for accounts; nothing falls through the cracks.
• Excited to Be Early: eager to be part of an electric early-stage company.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding and rollout across rooftops, including timelines, integrations, training, and launch day.
• Drive adoption and outcomes with data on usage, calls, appointments, response time, show rate, and retention.
• Be the quarterback for customers: build relationships with dealership leaders and become their trusted contact.
• Run the operating cadence with weekly check-ins, launch reviews, and QBRs; keep teams accountable to metrics.
• Handle escalations like an operator: triage issues and collaborate with product and engineering.
• Follow the playbook and sharpen it: execute onboarding, training, renewal, and support processes.
• Renew and expand: own retention across accounts and multi-rooftop rollouts; spot opportunities early.
• Translate dealership feedback into product insights to shape future developments.
