Job summary

Flai is hiring a Customer Success Manager to serve as the connective tissue between our AI-driven dealership platform and our customers. You will onboard and scale accounts, drive adoption, and shape playbooks that deliver real outcomes across Florida dealerships while working remotely.

You'll partner with the founding team, own renewal and expansion, and translate dealer feedback into product insights that steer the next wave of features.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a book of business and driving adoption/retention in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in a customer-facing role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company, building trust with customers before big brands are involved.
• Clear, confident communication with dealers, including leading calls and training teams.
• Strong CRM hygiene, notes, tasks, and account plans; follows process diligently.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and rollout: kickoff to go-live across rooftops, owning timelines, integrations, training, and launch day.
• Drive adoption and outcomes: get dealerships hooked on Flai daily and prove it with data and metrics.
• Be the quarterback for your customers: build relationships with dealership leaders and become a trusted point of contact.
• Run the operating cadence: weekly check-ins, launch reviews, and QBRs with accountability to metrics.
• Handle escalations like an operator: triage issues and work with product/engineering to resolve.
• Follow the playbook: execute onboarding, training, renewal, and support processes with rigor.
• Renew and expand: own retention and growth across accounts, multi-rooftop rollouts, new use cases.
• Be the connective tissue to product: translate dealership feedback into product insights and guide next features.
