Job summary

Flai seeks a Customer Success Manager to onboard and scale accounts for its AI-native platform in the auto dealership space. You will drive adoption, capture outcomes, and run playbooks with a fast-moving founding team to shape product evolution.

Remote role within Texas with regular travel to dealerships across the state. You’ll lead weekly cadences, renewals, expansions, and build trusted relationships with dealership leaders to ensure customer outcomes and long-term retention.

Qualifications

• Proven in owning a book of business and driving adoption/retention in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a customer-facing role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company.
• Clear, confident, organized communication with dealers.
• Strong CRM hygiene, notes, tasks, and account plans.
• Customer-obsessed mindset focused on outcomes, not just metrics.
• High ownership with accountability for accounts.
• Eagerness to join a fast-moving, early-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and rollout from kickoff to go-live across rooftops.
• Drive adoption and measurable outcomes with data and metrics.
• Build real relationships with dealership leaders and teams.
• Set weekly check-ins, reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Handle escalations with calm, fast problem solving with product/engineers.
• Execute onboarding, training, renewal, and support processes.
• Renew and expand across accounts and multi-rooftop rollouts.
• Translate dealership feedback into product improvements.
