Job summary

Flai is building an AI-native platform for car dealerships. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to onboard and scale accounts, drive adoption, and own playbooks and processes across dealerships in Florida.

You’ll manage timelines, integrations, training, and renewals, building trusted relationships with GM, GSM, and ops managers. Join a fast-moving, equity-backed team at an early stage, with the chance to shape product feedback and growth while traveling to dealerships across the state.

Qualifications

• Proven success in customer-facing roles at early-stage B2B SaaS companies.
• Experience leading onboarding, trainings, renewals and account plans.
• Strong CRM hygiene and disciplined notice-taking, tasking and planning.
• Ability to build real relationships with dealer stakeholders and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers, train users, and drive product adoption at scale.
• Own timelines for multi-rooftop deployments, integrations, and launch days.
• Lead renewal conversations with proactive account plans and data-driven outcomes.
• Capture feedback from dealerships to inform product improvements.
• Maintain rigorous CRM processes and regular follow-ups with customers.
