Job summary

Flai, a remote-first AI-native communications platform for car dealerships, seeks an expansion-focused Account Executive. You will grow revenue by expanding existing customers, targeting multi-rooftop dealer groups, and pairing with Customer Success to drive adoption.

You thrive on consultative selling, build strong relationships with dealership leaders, and own the end-to-end deal—from demos and proposals to negotiation and closure.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, account executive, or another quota-carrying sales role.
• Track record of hitting expansion or upsell targets.
• Experience selling to car dealerships or within automotive.
• Experience managing dealership accounts in growth, farming, or expansion roles.
• Experience selling into multi-rooftop dealer groups.
• Experience with HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Grow every account: Own expansion revenue across your book of customers.
• Expand across rooftops: Bring Flai to more locations within the dealer groups we already serve.
• Launch new products: As our suite grows, introduce customers to new ways we can help their stores.
• Run the full deal: Demo, build proposals, negotiate, and close.
• Partner with customer success: Team up with CS to understand each account's health and turn it into growth.
• Bring the customer's voice back: Share customer feedback and insights with the team to help shape what we build next.
