Flai is building the leading AI-native communications platform for car dealerships, and we are hiring a Customer Success Manager to onboard and scale accounts in Florida. You will drive adoption, own outcomes, and lead the playbooks that make Flai the standard in this industry.

Your daily work includes onboarding, training, renewals, and direct collaboration with stores to maximize value. You'll work closely with founders to shape processes, run weekly cadences, manage escalations, and expand

Qualifikationen

• Proven customer success execution in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
• Early-stage, customer-facing experience building trust before big brands intervene.
• Sharp communication and ability to train teams and lead calls.
• High ownership, accountability for accounts, and strong CRM hygiene.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with emphasis on outcomes and retention.
• Willingness to join an early-stage company and move fast.

Aufgaben

• Own onboarding and rollout across single rooftops and groups, managing timelines and training.
• Drive adoption and measurable outcomes with data-driven proof of value.
• Build relationships with dealership leads and become their trusted voice.
• Set operating cadences with weekly check-ins, reviews, and QBRs.
• Handle escalations calmly, coordinating with product and engineering.
• Execute onboarding, renewal, and support playbooks with rigor.
• Renew and expand across accounts and multi-rooftop rollouts.
• Translate dealership feedback into product input for roadmap shaping.
