Job summary

Flai is hiring a Customer Success Manager to be the connective tissue between us and dealership customers. Remote, Texas-based with travel to customer sites, you’ll onboard and scale accounts, drive adoption, and lead playbooks for onboarding, renewal, and support.

You’ll influence product through frontline feedback and own a rapid, data-driven customer journey. You will build real relationships with dealership leaders, run weekly cadences, and own retention and expansion across multiple

Qualifications

• Proven in-house success execution and retention driving.
• Experience in fast-moving, early-stage B2B SaaS environments.
• Clear, confident communication with dealers and teams.
• Rigorous CRM hygiene and structured account plans.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and rollout across rooftops, from kickoff to go-live.
• Drive adoption, track metrics and prove outcomes with data.
• Build relationships with dealership leaders and become trusted partner.
• Set weekly cadence: check-ins, reviews, and QBRs.
• Handle escalations calmly, coordinating with product/engineering.
• Execute onboarding, training, renewal, and support playbooks.
• Renew and expand across accounts and multi-rooftop rollouts.
• Translate dealer insights into product feedback for future builds.
