Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on retention to engage and retain customers from a fully remote home office. You will resolve complex issues, upsell where appropriate, and deliver an empathetic, brand-guided experience.

Must have 6–12 months in customer service, comfortable with Windows, a private home workspace, reliable internet, and availability Mon-Fri with occasional weekends. Competitive hourly wage plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Windows computers.
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a private home workspace.
• Quiet, private home office setup.
• Willingness to work scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and address inquiries concerning services and products.
• Utilize various systems and tools to assist customers.
• Make recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Process purchases of products and services.
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Support customers during scheduled hours (Mon–Fri, some weekends).
