Job summary

DIRECTV is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative focused on retention. The role can be fully remote within the U.S. and requires handling calls, resolving service issues, and recommending solutions.

You’ll use multiple systems, apply sales skills, and maintain strong communication with customers to protect value and satisfaction. Expect to work M–F with some weekend coverage and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service work experience.
• Familiarity with Windows computers.
• A private or secluded work location within your residence.
• Reliable LAN or WLAN internet with speeds at least 18 Mbps down / 12 Mbps up.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and address requests or inquiries about services and products.
• Utilize various systems and tools to assist customers.
• Use sales expertise to make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Process purchases using operational systems.
• Identify and resolve customer technical issues.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
