Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience
• Familiarity with Windows computers
• Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and address requests or inquiries concerning services and products
• Utilize various systems and tools to assist customers
• Use sales expertise to make recommendations according to customer needs
• Utilize systems to process purchases of all products and services
• Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Support customers during working hours with some holiday coverage and overtime may be required
• Sit or stand for long durations (8–10 hours) and engage with customers as needed
