Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service work experience.
• Familiarity with Windows computers.
• Private, secluded work location at home.
• Reliable LAN/WiFi with speeds of at least 18 Mbps down and 12 Mbps up.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and address inquiries concerning services and products.
• Utilize various systems and tools to assist customers.
• Use sales expertise to make recommendations according to customer’s needs.
• Process purchases using operational systems.
• Identify and resolve customer’s technical issues.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
• Support customers during working hours (M-F 5:55AM – 8:00PM MST; Sat/Sun 6:55AM – 8:00PM).
