You will blend empathy, consultative selling, and problem-solving to retain services while delivering a positive brand experience. The role emphasizes a voice-of-brand presence and customer rapport in a fast-paced, home-based setting.

You’ll handle inquiries, recommend solutions, and process purchases using our systems, with strong emphasis on attendance and schedule reliability.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and address all requests or inquiries concerning services and products.
• Utilize various systems and tools to assist customers.
• Use sales expertise to make recommendations according to customer needs.
• Utilize operational systems to process purchases of all products and services.
• Use solid problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Provide support during working hours, some holiday coverage and occasional overtime may be required.
• Sit or stand for long durations (8–10 hours) and engage with customers as needed.
