Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a fully remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and up-sell services from a home-based setting. This full-time role emphasizes empathy, problem-solving, and sales-focused engagement to retain customers.

You will utilize multiple systems to assist customers, meet performance goals, and enjoy a flexible work-from-home arrangement with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Familiarity with Windows computers.
• Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and address all requests or inquiries concerning services and products, and report problem areas.
• Utilize various systems and tools to assist customers.
• Use sales expertise to make recommendations according to customer’s needs.
• Utilize operational systems to process purchases of all products and services.
• Use solid problem-solving skills to identify and solution customer’s technical issues.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support our customers during working hours, some holiday coverage and occasional overtime may be required.
• Ability to sit or stand for long durations (e.g., 8-10 hours) and engage with customers as dictated by needs of the business.
