Jerry.ai is hiring for a Customer Operations teammate to help customers manage car and home insurance needs. The role is fully remote with flexible scheduling and competitive pay plus stock options.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, taking inbound calls, mastering the product, solving problems, processing service requests, and suggesting product improvements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers. They catch the thing the customer didn't know to ask about.
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need something changed.
• Getting deep on the product and knowing which insurer fits which customer.
• Problem solving to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests — vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Making the product better by sharing feedback that ships.
