Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Operations teammate to help our customers protect their car and home assets. You’ll answer questions, spot gaps, and work with a large panel of insurers to match the best option, all in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team

Responsibilities

• Take great care of our customers by addressing needs and uncovering factors customers may not mention, such as coverage gaps or applicable discounts.
• Answer inbound calls from policyholders needing changes.
• Learn the product deeply to match the right insurer to each customer and navigate our evolving app.
• Resolve customer inquiries through effective problem solving.
