You will identify coverage gaps, discounts, and renewals while handling inquiries and service requests across a large panel of insurers.

Responsabilités

• Taking great care of our customers.
• They catch the thing the customer didn't know to ask about (coverage gaps, discounts, renewals).
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need something changed.
• Know the product inside out to help customers navigate it.
• Problem solving to resolve inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests - vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Provide feedback to improve the product and shipping of suggestions.
