Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate Customer Care Advisors to join our mission-driven team. The role is 100% remote with a full-time schedule and training, supporting insurance-related customer care needs.

Start dates in November and January are available. The position offers a bilingual starting rate of $19.00/hour for bilingual candidates, plus bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role or a related field.
• Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.
