Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate Customer Care Advisors for a fully remote, full-time role. You’ll support members with empathy, manage multiple systems, and uphold service excellence from home.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (ET), with a 7-week training program and ongoing support. Starting pay is $18/hour, $19/hour for bilingual candidates, plus bonus opportunities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical role or related field.
• Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.
