Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate Customer Care Advisors to join our mission-driven team. This 100% remote, full-time role includes a 7-week orientation and ongoing support, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET.

Ideal candidates have strong active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, plus 1 year in insurance operations or remote roles. Compensation starts at $18.00/hour, with $19.00/hour for bilinguals, plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role or a related field.
• Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.
