Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is hiring Customer Care Advisors for a fully remote, full-time role. You will provide empathetic support, listen actively, and manage multiple systems while delivering excellent service to improve lives.

A 7-week orientation and ongoing training accompany a schedule of 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday. Starting pay is $18.00/hour, with $19.00/hour for bilinguals, plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance operations or remote medical/technical roles.
• Proficiency with web-based platforms and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneNote.
