Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate Customer Care Advisors for a 100% remote, full-time role. This position features a Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (ET), plus a 7-week orientation and ongoing support.

Start dates in November or January provide flexible entry options. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with $19.00 per hour for bilingual candidates, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role or a related field.
• Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools; highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care and support remotely.
• Manage multiple systems and tasks with a professional, empathetic tone.
• Assist customers with insurance operations-related queries and issues.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
