Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking Customer Care Advisors for a 100% remote, full-time role. Shifts are Monday–Friday, with 8-hour blocks between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET. Beginning pay is $18.00/hour, with $19.00/hour for bilingual candidates, plus bonus opportunities.

A 7-week orientation and ongoing support are provided. Start dates span November and January. The role requires excellent listening and problem-solving abilities, a professional and empathetic tone, and familiarity with

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role or a related field.
• Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.
