Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is hiring a Customer Care Advisor for a fully remote, full-time role. You will engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and support veterans and beneficiaries with empathy and professionalism.

The position offers training, a structured schedule Monday–Friday within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, and a starting wage of $18.00/hour with bilingual premium at $19.00/hour plus bonus opportunities. Pre-employment screening is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role.
• Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer care and support in a remote environment.
• Handle inquiries with empathy and clear communication across multiple platforms.
• Maintain organized records and accurate data entry in CMS and other systems.
