Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate Customer Care Advisors to join our mission-driven Customer Service Division. This full-time, remote role offers an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, with a 7-week orientation and ongoing support.

Start dates in November and January, with bilingual starting pay at $19/hour and $18/hour for others, plus bonus opportunities. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role or a related field.
• Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.

• Answer customer inquiries with a focus on empathy and clarity.
• Navigate multiple web-based platforms to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain professional tone and accurate documentation in all interactions.
