Docketly is a fast-growing legal-tech company with a nationwide attorney network, offering remote, full-time opportunities. As an Operations Associate on our Coverage team, you will own a live book of court hearings, communicating via phone, text, and email to lock in attorney coverage before deadlines.

You’ll negotiate fees in real time and coordinate with law firms to keep hearings on track. You’ll onboard attorneys, keep clients informed, and maintain clean data while chasing targets and cost

Competenze

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized and able to manage many items at once.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and keep moving.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
